How We Built This List
Three reviewers playing from Utah, Nikolas K., Wisdom C. and Jenny R., logged 26 tests between May and July 2026 across 17 sweepstakes sites. Eleven of those sites are on our current Utah list, and those are the ones ranked below.
The sample is honest about its limits. No site on our list has more than two Utah tests, so every entry rests on one or two sessions. We handle that the same way on every state site: operators with two Utah tests rank above those with one, and we say where testers disagreed.
One theme ran through almost every Utah test: region-locked games. Testers on Pulsz, WowVegas, McLuck, Rolla and others hit titles that would not load from Utah. Expect a slightly smaller lobby than the one advertised.
Where Utah Stands in 2026
Utah's constitution prohibits games of chance, lotteries and gift enterprises, and as of October 2026 the state has no commercial or tribal casinos, no state lottery and no sports betting. Utah law does not expressly address dual-currency sweepstakes casinos as of October 2026. Each platform publishes its own list of eligible states, so check it before you sign up; the operators below accepted our Utah testers when they played.

House Brands: First on the List, Not Yet Tested in Utah
QuickMilly, La Casona, Chino and Jumbo88 are our own brands, and they sit at the top of every list on this site. That placement is ours, not a test result. None of our Utah testers has played them yet, so we do not score them here; read each full review for how they work.
1. QuickMilly
2. La Casona
3. Chino
4. Jumbo88
Two Utah Tests Each: The Strongest Records
5. Pulsz: the clearest coin labels our testers met
Both Utah testers rated Pulsz highly (10 and 9). Wisdom C. singled out how clearly the site separates Gold Coins, used for fun play, from Sweeps Coins, the redeemable balance, and reported a smooth coin purchase with an instant confirmation email. Jenny R. called the slot and table selection solid and the site easy to move around. The one complaint: some games showed a "not available in your location" message.
6. LoneStar Casino: redemption rules you can read before you play
LoneStar also averaged 9.5 across two Utah tests. Wisdom C. liked that the redemption page shows the minimums up front (45 SC for a gift card, 100 SC for a cash prize, as the tester saw them) and offers debit card, bank transfer, prepaid card and gift card options. Signup works through Google, email or Facebook, with email and phone checks. Jenny R. found deposits quick; identity verification came up when she looked at redemption.
7. High5Casino: a fast ID check and a safe default
High5Casino averaged 9 across two tests. Wisdom C. passed ID and selfie verification in under five minutes and liked that the site defaults to Gold Coins, so you have to switch to Sweeps Coins on purpose. PayPal did not work for that tester; a card did. Nikolas K. found some games slow to load and a few dated, but rated the Plinko-style games the best he had seen.
8. McLuck: a big lobby with patience required
McLuck averaged 8.5. Wisdom C. registered with no delay and praised the game variety. Nikolas K. saw 5 to 10 second load times, some games that would not open, and frequent prompts to buy more coins. He redeemed through gift cards after bank transfer was not offered to him, with a 20 SC minimum as he saw it.
9. Jackpota: an easy start, a narrow lobby
Jackpota averaged 8. Wisdom C. received a welcome bonus on signup, paid by PayPal without trouble and noted that a government ID is needed before redeeming. Nikolas K. wanted more than slots and fish games, and reported a 75 SC minimum for cash prizes and 10 SC for gift cards.
One Utah Test Each
10. The Boss
Nikolas K. gave The Boss 9 out of 10 for a varied lobby and a strong live casino. His complaint: the site does not show your redeemable balance, and he had to look up the 100 SC redemption minimum himself.
11. Rolla
The easiest signup our testers met, and plenty of slots and fish games. Some titles were blocked in Utah, and the redemption minimum was 50 SC. Scored 8.
12. WowVegas
A very large game library with a volatility meter on each game. Verification came up both at signup and at the first purchase, and several games crashed or were region-locked. Scored 7.
13. Baba
Quick account creation and identity checks at the start and again at redemption. Mostly slots, with coin-purchase pop-ups each time you leave a game. Scored 7.
14. Splash Coins
Slots only, with standout titles and fast, helpful live support, but small game windows. Scored 7.
15. RealPrize
The weakest Utah test on our list. The tester reported a limited game selection, small screens and a redemption check that asked for proof of address documents. Scored 4.
What 26 Utah Tests Say About Getting Paid
- Verification is standard. Most sites asked for a government ID, and several added a selfie or face check, either before the first purchase or before the first redemption. Plan for it.
- Minimums vary widely. Testers reported redemption floors from 10 SC (Jackpota gift cards) to 100 SC (The Boss, and LoneStar cash prizes). Gift cards usually clear at a lower floor than cash.
- Payment methods are not universal. PayPal worked on Pulsz and Jackpota but not High5Casino for our testers; Apple Pay failed on one off-list site. Keep a debit card as a backup.
Getting Started From Utah
- Pick a site from the list above and open its full review.
- Register with your real details; the name must match your ID for redemption.
- Claim the free signup coins and play with Gold Coins first to learn the site.
- Check the eligible-states list and the redemption minimum before you play with Sweeps Coins.
- Verify your identity early, so a redemption is not held up later.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are sweepstakes casinos legal in Utah?
Utah law does not expressly address dual-currency sweepstakes casinos as of October 2026. Utah has no licensed casinos, lottery or sports betting, and each platform publishes the states it accepts, so check that list before you register.
Which operators have the most Utah tests?
Pulsz, LoneStar Casino, High5Casino, McLuck and Jackpota each have two tests from our Utah reviewers. Pulsz and LoneStar scored highest, at 9.5 out of 10 on average.
Why are QuickMilly, La Casona, Chino and Jumbo88 listed first?
They are our own brands, and we place them first on every list. Our Utah testers have not played them yet, so they carry no Utah score here.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Every operator on our list gives free coins at signup and through daily bonuses, and no purchase is necessary to play.
Why do some games not load from Utah?
Game studios set their own state restrictions, so a site can carry titles that are blocked for Utah players. Our testers hit this on most sites; the rest of the lobby still works.
